Pros

The fact that there were only 5 of us on third shift. My branch is closing/closed soon after I left.

-Pay (abysmal at best) -So called Employee Retention Bonus: You get an extra 800 for every 30 days you work there with three or less points on your attendance record. I was there for 6 months and never saw one. -Referral bonus: Again, never saw it after I helped someone else get a job there and they worked past the first 90 days. -It was way too much like high school: Cliques, gossip, spreading rumors, and even the bullies. (Nothing against minorities, but the two women who kept harassing me; one was Polish, and the other was Puerto Rican) -No chance for advancement, even though that was promised to all employees at time of hire.

Pros

There are some very good people that work at the company and are very knowledgeable and dedicated.

Kontras

They are owned by a VC and do not care about the market conditions, quality or anything else. They have let go of so much experienced people that built the needed relationships with customers but judged everything on an imaginary growth number not based on the market conditions. They have cleared out so many people that people in sales know that they are not safe and are looking to get out before they just let you go. HR does not care because they will not even provide a warning , corrective action on what you are doing or even just telling you what needs to change.
