Managers are completely oblivious to the jobs being done, yet still try to micromanage your workload If you are a mom, don't expect any promotions Raises are based on your review and if your manager doesn't like you, s/he holds your salary in their hands Bonuses are less and less every year. Yet, every March, Senior Management and sales people show up to work with brand new luxury cars. You work towards a "goal" without knowing the exact number. Bonuses should be a flat amount, with meeting goals as an extra. Everyone should get the same bonus.
