Turnover is ridiculous and for good reason. Lack of resources in crucial areas leads to overworked and unhappy employees. Terrible open office environment not conducive to actually getting work done. High turnover has lead to rampant tech debt in all areas of the organization without many veteran experts to explain it all.
Many of the teams operate as the opposite of a well-oiled machine. Many impediments to finish your work exist and there isn't much effort to put processes in place that streamline or eliminate those barriers for you. Mismanaged projects lead to "rushed" and haphazard efforts to make go live deadlines while leaving employees in the lurch.
