Working as a coach you will get a ton of experience working with children K-6 in a physical and educational environment, while making an impact on children's lives in the present and future. If you care about your work and put effort into it, ASSIST gives you the tools and support you need to grow and will recognize your work, giving very clear paths to promotions.

Assist works within three Elk Grover school district among 42 sites for recess and 9 sites for the ELOP after school program. Because of this, you may be moved around a bit and need to go to different school sites depending on the day, but the program and goal are the same across schools so the only thing that changes is the location and the students.
