Pros
There are many positives about working at Asset Control Solutions. I have been at ACS for a few years and one of the biggest positives is working for a company that is continually working towards making itself better. There is a myriad of challenges and obstacles in making a small business successful. 2/3 of small businesses fail within their first 5 years. We have an employer who does everything he can to ensure the few employees have a place to go to work. It takes substantial effort. From everyone. Some employees in the past have not displayed that effort, and that has led to discord. At ACS, we travel the country, we have our meals paid for when we travel, we are incentivized for doing things that save the company money, or for putting extra effort, we have a relaxed atmosphere at the office (you can wear shorts!), training and education is encouraged, and other random, individual acts of kindness. Some of these things are not possible working for a big company.
