Poor upper management that don't care about people or investing in them, get ready to be employee #149. Head Office actively ignore staff members on store visits. "Performance based rostering", however high performers will still have their hours slashed to the benefit of low performers. Product quality has gone down massively & Head Office love to blame stores for it not selling. Not as environmentally ethical as they laud themselves to be.
