Covering up their lack of knowledge and incompetence with attitude or outbursts - Poor management who don't care about or respect their employees, only care about their own personal gain - There’s no investment into team members. You’re made to feel like just another number, and easily disposable - The rules between staff and employees are quite blurred. Employees are scolded for things management do time and time again - Lack of any form of clear communication - No career opportunities or career progression, they'll keep you as a casual forever
