Database for book of business is atrocious and a constant promise it will be made to be better when it never does. Leadership team is ineffectual for adding anything of value. Micromanagement is their go to method for team underperformance. Constantly making new hires to appear to be in a growth stage for shareholders when most reps in seat are struggling to gain traction with their limited book of business and possible new accounts with there being so few . Consistent team underperformance which will probably lead to the sales dev org being cut and moved under ServiceTitan or team firings if not a top performer. If you consider this role simply don’t. Attempt to become an SDM for ServiceTitan or higher or simply look elsewhere.
