Horrific management style that continually changes at the whim of the overly aggressive owners. Its not the knowledge that you carry, its the B.S. that you spew that will get you anywhere in this company. There aren't any values associated with this company that many would look at this company for a long-term career. People in positions of power in the North American market should be held accountable...every year its the same old stories from the same old tired, worn out managers trying to save their jobs. Ex-professionals coming in as managers or VP's to markets because of 'favors' and produce nothing but turmoil and good stories of previous false achievements. If you truly want to take the market (like they say they do) reward the ones that bring you the business, not the ones with good stories.
