The biggest issue is the behavior and communication style of the company's top leadership, which can create unnecessary stress and negatively affect employee morale. There is very little sense of job security. Employees can leave or be let go unexpectedly, creating uncertainty across teams. High turnover has become a normal part of the company culture. Frequent changes in employees and management positions make it difficult to build stable teams and maintain continuity. Priorities can change frequently, making planning and execution more difficult.
