Obsolete, vague and full of ignoramous people - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Ascom: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Overwhelming workload. Chaos and constant stress. Total lack of processes, tools, templates, training and support. The tools used are ancient and take ages to complete tasks with. The job description is so far off reality you wont believe it. I have a fancy title and an acceptable salary and during the majority of my 10 hour workdays I do administrative tasks only. Oh and maneuvering around the truth since it can't be owned up that people are leaving in drones, the products are faulty and the services can't be delivered in time and with quality.
