Corporate leadership in EU has no knowledge of the rigor and discipline it takes to be a medical device manufacturer. They put profit and revenue ahead of process and compliance. They will cut corners where ever it suits their bottom line. The will rationalize stupid decisions for the sake of bottom line. There is no accountability, no integrity and no appreciation for knowledge, experience or effort of their employees. The have to pay EU employees going rates because of worker councils. But they have no qualms about NOT paying COL increases in their biggest market (US). They don’t listen to their US leadership.
