More people coming and going all the time in leadership in Sweden & US, sales sells things they don't know nothing about but promise customers everything then don't deliver, it's all about making Sweden & board happy by showing them the money at ANY cost, don't care about employees, fire people for no good reason, communication is awful, don't know someones not working there until you can't find them on skype, too many products and not enough people, pay is not enough for all the stuff folks are supposed to know, folks get promoted with more stuff to do and no extra money, management plays favorites and don't like people speaking up
