My experience with this company has been disappointing. The leadership team often seems to operate without a clear, consistent direction, making decisions based on fleeting trends rather than long-term strategy. Unfortunately, this lack of focus trickles down to affect the rest of the organization.
There’s also a noticeable disconnect between what’s promised and what’s delivered, which can be frustrating for both employees and clients. Ego often seems to drive decisions more than collaboration or data-driven insights, stifling innovation and growth.
Additionally, the C-suite team appears to lack the necessary experience in leading high-performing teams effectively. This results in poor communication, inconsistent priorities, and an overall lack of structure that makes it difficult to achieve long-term success.
