      PTO is good once you reach a certain number of years.

      Kontras

      Insurance is expensive. Very rarely do they give Profit sharing even though the company seems to be doing well financially. Systems are difficult to work with.

      Pros

      I just started with Ascensus 1 month ago and have been in training for 4 weeks. It has been a great experience so far. The people are great! They really do follow Ascensus's Core Values of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always. They do a great job in creating Team Comradery when most of the company is working remotely. The training really helps prepare you for your job and sets you up for success and the Trainers are awesome!
