      PTO days are more than most companies. Hope you enjoy working 12 hour days after you use them.

      Clueless management (hire yes man who won’t challenge the status quo) Completely outdated technology that crashes everyday Low pay (comically low for the hours required to do your job)

      Pros

      I just started with Ascensus 1 month ago and have been in training for 4 weeks. It has been a great experience so far. The people are great! They really do follow Ascensus's Core Values of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always. They do a great job in creating Team Comradery when most of the company is working remotely. The training really helps prepare you for your job and sets you up for success and the Trainers are awesome!
