Pros

PTO IS PLENTY, pretty flexible schedules. Employees are nice, made a lot of friends through the years. They will buy us lunch every now and then.

Kontras

Upper management got to their position by doing things that should not be done. They don't train you. They have favorites. No minorities in higher positions. Management doesn't follow their own rules. No bonus No raise No cell phones allowed, they don't care if you have a family or not. Sometimes you have to work on xmas and weekends during the holiday season. Again, they don't care if you have a family or not.

Pros

I just started with Ascensus 1 month ago and have been in training for 4 weeks. It has been a great experience so far. The people are great! They really do follow Ascensus's Core Values of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always. They do a great job in creating Team Comradery when most of the company is working remotely. The training really helps prepare you for your job and sets you up for success and the Trainers are awesome!
