No diversity. Don't plan on conversations beyond the weather. Bonuses are reserved for certain people, usually upper management. Poor business structure. Rushed projects are layered onto poorly planned projects. No work/life balance. Don't expect a 9-5 work week unless you plan on leaving early and having your coworkers hate you or talk behind your back.
