Although the work is remote, a healthy work-life balance is maintained. Employees are not expected to work before or after their designated working hours. Leave requests are approved by managers.

      Strict about time logging, has a time tracking application and measures hours per work. Some people are micromanagers who expect people to work on weekends too without any rewards
