Pros

[] Asana's onboarding has been one of the best experiences as an employee for the last 8 years. [] Teams are structured with clear roles and expectations, which helps new joiners and existing employees speed up their growth internally and deliver value quickly. [] Asana as a product is also used by 100% of the employees internally, which massively helps with structuring your work, deliverables and visibility. [] Office location and nearby infrastructure. [] Has all the tech industry related benefits (Generous Pension, Medical, Dental, Mental Health, PTO etc. [] As a company, there's a office-centric culture around 3 days a week in the office. Ultimately this helps with collaboration, visibility and getting things done - sometimes faster than if you're fully remote IMO.

Pros

Great work culture, very caring people. Good leadership in several areas of the company - solutions engineering is a strong point in the company. Lots of very tenured people who are still engaged and have a long term perspective on what works and what doesn't. Very helpful.

Kontras

Recent direction has been a lot to take in, with there being a slight disconnect between how visionary the plan is and how it is being translated to the GTM function. It will likely catch up, lots of very competent leaders and people who have been at the company for years helping close the gap. Enablement and new hire onboarding was something I saw some challenges with, but because people care about you so much, you end up at a good spot quickly.
