Nice colleagues Flat organization A lot of knowledge sharing though everyone is busy Culture generally ok Office is nice and easily accessible via public transport

Non competitive pay (always refer remuneration to working on good projects with good people) - job satisfaction is job satisfaction if it doesn’t pay the bills Working hours can get long (I believe it’s the same everywhere in this industry) Low/no bonus recently, so low pay Promotion is subjective to department and criteria seem to change freely depending on management
