- Lack of benefits - Lack of onboarding (there isn’t any at all) - Literally everything about management (starting with their lack of English skills and ending up with accountability) - Lack of communication within the company (overall direction or any sync-ups at all) - Lack of proper boundaries (starting with work shifts and expectation of working unpaid extra time) - Lack of transparency - Lack of ownership (everyone else is at fault except the almighty management) - Lack of proper expectations at the workplace (tasks and responsibilities) - Constant cautiousness of expecting directors to lash out at any tiny thing and tip-toe around their fragile feelings
