Underpaid and overworked. No work life balance and upper level management is awful. No career growth or pay increases. Sexism… Doesn’t look good when you hit records quarter over quarter and you are told you can’t get a measly 2% raise and to be thankful you have a job and watch the CEO profit millions each quarter in bonuses.. doesn’t sit well
