Bad management and leadership. There is a lot of political bias. No bonus for employees unless you are a director. Merit increase is a joke, even if you do a good job they will fight with you to get the merit increase. Pay is not competitive. No tuition reimbursement. The leadership needs to change. Employee moral is low. They will overwork you since there are so many layoffs and people leaving. Work/life balance is non-existent.
