Good reputation, good welcome package

No flexible hybrid working - The company is using individual data from the entrance system to see who is coming to the office, resulting people want to quit since this also goes against data privacy policies ! In some Countries that ARM has offices that's even illegal by the government ... Poor salary compared to competition, not enough opportunities for promotion.

We are committed to working in a flexible, hybrid way because we believe it’s the best way to build the Arm community while enabling personal choice and inclusion. Most of our people are based in an office and since 2022 have been required to attend a minimum of one or two days a week depending on the work they do, with many choosing to use the office more frequently than this. We have an exceptions process for those whose personal circumstances mean they have different needs. We are transparent with our people about what data we collect and how it is used, working with employee forums, representatives, and other bodies as necessary before reporting is introduced – you can read more on the privacy and data protection pages of the Legal intranet site.
