Arm, like any other business, is continually evaluating the most appropriate working practices across its global teams, with a focus on ensuring the most productive and positive experience for our people. We are committed to working in a flexible, hybrid way because we believe it’s the best way to build the Arm community while enabling personal choice and inclusion. Most of our people are based in an office and since 2022 have been required to attend a minimum of one or two days a week depending on the work they do, with many choosing to use the office more frequently than this. We have an exceptions process for those whose personal circumstances mean they have different needs.
We are transparent with our people about what data we collect and how it is used, working with employee forums, representatives, and other bodies as necessary before reporting is introduced – you can read more on the privacy and data protection pages of the Legal intranet site.
