Good for seniors who already acquired good knowledge atleast in SRAM Memories. Work-Life Balance (depends on the project though - One person sits idle and one person slogs like hell) Rotation Policy - Can try moving to different departments for a short time.

No feedback taken about seniors from juniors although feedback system is available its only in the papers and enough freedom is not given to give a genuine feedback Managers can get aggressive at times and we cannot do anything about it. Moving up the ladder is very tough and to get a promotion even if one deserves one needs to slog like hell Seniors have a laid back life whereas all the work is dumped on to the juniors and if something goes wrong juniors will be blamed - this needs to be addressed.
