() The recruitment seems to happen haphazardly and the candidate is put in some role which is FAAAR from what was told to him or what the person asked for. () Curiously, you report to a manager whom you dont work under. So you should be in very good terms with your tech manager/lead and team members. If not, the feedback which goes to the manager, the manager has no way of factually verifying the same!!! Talk of a process problem. I think ARM better take a long hard look at this.
