Given the dynamic and demanding nature of our business, there is a lot for us to do, and there are always opportunities for our team to contribute more. I want everyone on the team to be not just doing their jobs, but figuring out how they can improve the work they do, and finding opportunities to deliver better service to our customers. As a leadership team we work hard to ensure that advancement is based on merit – a combination of performance against work objectives, and the acquisition of relevant new skills. We are coming up to our mid-year review, which is a good opportunity to discuss your progress, and your development plan with your line manager. I really encourage you to do that. If you feel that you cannot have this discussion with your line manager then please reach out to the business partner from the People team.
