No possibility of growing , no technical training, hierarchy is not respected, supervisors without technical knowledge, supervisors with long contract making life difficult for younger and more experienced people in the service. supervisors/managers who have lost the desire to help the company grow. lack of organization, many people wanting to command at the same time.
Offices are not in the city centre, therefore it is hard to reach the location without a car.
Some new services delivered were not very well structured and organised, and this can make the agents' life kind of stressful.
