good atmosphere between staff Flexible transfer options to move to other store while studying at university

bad staff training you are thrown in at the deep end understaffed and expected to be in all departments of the store at all times high pressures to hit targets most stores I've been in have an unfair reward systems which only focuses on sales and the staff on the till. Not a lot of recognition for staff based in the stock room.
