Poor pay and benefits cut - Customer Advisor bei Argos: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Pay was very poor. Just above min wage so company could claim they paid more then min wage.hours always cut and changed on very short notice. A lot of staff on tax credits for example meant the government is effectively paying for employees rather than the company Also company sick pay was cut in my store no real reason was only in a few stores so very very unfair if you worked in them.
