1) They will pay 5k to 10k more a month to catch employees into the trap 2)They use different tech , although they are not doing anything great with that.You can fill up your resume nicely.
Kontras
1)Worst management.13 years still a startup...mostly loss making.Needed a massive 25 percent layoff both in US and Bangalore to stay float. 2)Worst marketting 3)Worst financials. 4) No tranparancy 5) Very very weak product line.
