● Poor Management overall ● Questionable practices with food safety ● Toxic work environment ● Lack of team spirit ● Issues are dealt with immaturely ● A lot of drama and scandals ● People were always injured and any claims were delayed until they expired ● Manager promoted cutting mold off strawberries to serve them ● Still made to open and work during a literal sewage leak from the ceiling due to a broken pipe & blocked toilet ● Hired a manager who was in a newspaper for stealing large sums of money from their previous employer ● Hired managers who treated people unfairly ● Had targetted and essentially chased out a former manager with toxic behaviour and unfair punishment ● A LOT of drama with immature people promoted who abused power. They were transferred to another store and kept their position only to cause issues there ● Extremely busy and demanding and often treated awfully by colleagues, managers and customers ● Food safety and hygiene is shocking. Green chicken wings, often expired chicken being stored, people being burned by grills and fryers and it being considered "normal"
