      Appreciate your feedback! I'm in full agreement with you about working remotely. I know that it's something a lot of people here really appreciate and enjoy. I don't miss office commutes at all :) And I'm glad to see you feel like the few 'Cons' of ArcherPoint are being worked on. I often have to remind people that we are not perfect and won't always get it right. But I like to think we're constantly trying to make this place as great as possible!       Pros

      I love working with all the different teams at ArcherPoint. There are so many intelligent, friendly, easy to work with employees here at ArcherPoint. It is a great place to work.

      It was very difficult for me jumping to the consultant side, but there were many employees that helped me adjust. The hardest part of the job is the different environments and customizations for each of the customers.

      Really appreciate the feedback here in particular from a newer employee. And I tend to agree, we have a lot of really awesome people here! The move from an employee-owned company has certainly been a new journey for a number of us. I hope you'll find that we still have the entrepreneurial spirit.
