Customers are being lied to and manipulated. Once T-Mobile catches on, they use underlings as scapegoats and terminate them even though they were taught by upper management. Devices and features being added to accounts without consent. People work without breaks but then management adjust their hours to stay compliant. People work alone on the sales floor at night and in unsafe areas to boot. You are required to come to work or told you will lose your job, even when diagnosed with Covid. HR is aware but is a right hand to the CSO. Complaints fall on deaf ears.
