Short visit - Sales Manager bei ArcelorMittal: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I was very short period working in Arcelor Mittal. In job interview 10 things were agreed. Some verbally some in written. Out of those 10 things 7 proved to be very inaccurate. Some in very big extent. My recommendation to future employees is that everything is agreed in written format so that no negative surprises come forward after starting working in this company. Preferably in job contract all is put in written format, Several my colleagues called Arcelor Mittal´s approach very unethical when hiring new employees.
