Lack of Diversity in ELT and Poor Strategic Management - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Aprimo: Mitarbeiterbewertung

ELT has lack of diversity (which I feel maybe affecting their strategic management approach). Their goto is almost always jump into tech bandwagons of without proper transition plan or data gathering and analysis. They don't (or not properly) use their data analytics in making strategic plans. So many tools but they are not even aware of how to maximize them (ADO, Pendo and so many other tools). Process is all over the place with no avenue to discuss process standardization, maintainability and/or process improvement. No proper succession training or poor career pathing options.
