One of the worst companies in Tricity. I was initially considering joining them, but after discussing with a friend who worked there for a long time, I completely changed my mind. He shared his experience about their toxic work culture, poor management, and unacceptable behavior with employees. Delayed Salaries: Salaries are never credited on time. Sometimes you may get paid after the 19th or 20th, and in some cases, salaries are held for up to 2 months. Imagine working hard and not even receiving your basic right on time. Client Feedback Mismanagement: They don’t know the difference between feedback, suggestions, and bugs. For them, everything is treated as a bug. Because of this, employees are often forced to work on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) to "fix" things that aren’t even actual issues. No Recognition: Even after working on big and important projects, employees don’t get any appreciation. Instead of acknowledging efforts, management always blames the team, constantly saying “this is not working, why this, why that.” Unrealistic Deadlines: The project timelines are never discussed with employees. And if they do ask for an estimate, for example 14 hours, they cut it down to 7–8 hours, making it impossible to deliver quality work. How can you complete 14 hours of work in just 7 hours? Work-Life Imbalance: Forget about having weekends or personal time. They expect you to sacrifice your personal life for their mismanagement. Toxic Environment: Instead of motivating and guiding employees, management only criticizes and demoralizes them. Overall, this company does not value its employees, their efforts, or their well-being. Please think twice before joining. Your career growth, mental health, and peace of mind are far more important than working in such an environment.
