I have been working here more than a year now and I cannot say enough how good this company is. Applied Technical Services knows how to treat their employees good and fair. ATS has a strong supportive culture , they reward employees with quarterly bonuses , monthly employee recognition and awards. Management here care about employees needs for their own personal growth I needed some Time Management training class and I got it schedule from my supervisor with in the same month to take that class. I enjoy working with my team here everyone is so helpful. Another favorite part of this facility I really enjoy is the gym. We have full free access to the gym which I take advantage of every other day after my shift.
