We are committed to clear communication around goals and performance. Metrics are regularly shared in one-on-ones and team check-ins,. If someone would to be unsure about their goals or progress, there are multiple avenues available whether through team leads, managers, HR, or leadership to ask questions and get the support they need.
Additionally, no employee is placed on a Performance Improvement Plan without cause. PIPs are used as a coaching tool, not a disciplinary shortcut. We also take employee privacy seriously and would never take action based on casual or personal conversations unless there was a clear violation of policy or conduct.
We’re proud of the culture we’re building, one where transparency, growth, and communication are key. We encourage any current or former team members who feel their experience did not reflect these values to connect directly with our leadership or HR team.
