Not the company it used to be - Sales bei Applied Systems: Mitarbeiterbewertung

No advancement opportunities, poor senior leadership, lack of direction from management. I've never been at a company to where I have more like just a number than I have here. The company constantly applauds their record profits from year to year while any talk about pay raises are insulting. Favorites are undoubtably played and unfortunately it is blatantly obvious. I honestly loved this company for about the first year of being here and cannot say the same anymore. It hurts to see it go from an amazing company to being on the wrong path with no indication it will get better.
