No advancement - literally NONE Managers don't care about employees A lot of work with little compensation - need better raises Supervisors have no supervisor experience so they have no idea what they are doing. Favoritism gets you everywhere. Way too much micromanaging. Turnover is high which is why they are always looking to hire.
