The culture is very laid back. People can enjoy some flexibility in schedules and management is very accepting of a variety of schedules. Easy to make friendships and co-workers are great to work with.

Information is rarely communicated between departments. Information is gathered by trial and error rather than from training. Ever evolving software is difficult to retain conversion consistencies which opens the door for more errors.
