Pros
If you live in suburbs near University Park, this is a great commute. Depending on where you are coming from, it's the reverse commute, so little traffic. Overall, the building is clean and people are pleasant. Benefits are adequate, and there are other little perks. Training classes are helpful. Great place to get experience and then move on to bigger and better career opportunities.
Kontras
Salary is on the lower end. Communication is often poor. Some management is in place because of the fact that they know someone higher up. They are subsequently not always the most knowledgeable and professional at their jobs and tend to micro-manage (sometimes to the point of borderline harassment) those under them to mask the fact that they themselves are not the most qualified. Additional/longer breaks are allowed for those who smoke.
