This company is co-run by two Principal Investigators who are at the top of their respective fields. You will be working with the best in the business. They have an enormous amount of knowledge. You will be able to learn a lot from them.

The Principal Investigators are extremely busy. They will not have much time to talk to or mentor you. The interview process took far too long. It took weeks and consisted of several interviews, submission of work, and a psychological test. The employee turnover is very high.
