Great team, interesting work, which is always appreciated, adding extra motivation and drive to learn and do better. No blame culture, lots of team events, amazing parties. Sometimes we can be a bit short staffed on projects, but thats just a natural consequence of us growing quickly. Would be good to speed up hiring so we can be sure we always have enough people to deliver without a crunch period just before a deadline
