-timesheets are all paper (mileage has a separate document) -miscommunication amongst the office admins and owner -reimbursement for mileage not drive time and they won't pay you for it unless the document is submitted -OT is denied and will be asked to "adjust appointments" by the the "president" and is unethical to request that of staff -rest breaks are not paid -raises are denied "if you're not doing enough/only have a few clients" -owner/president is temperamental and speaks ill of other employees regardless if you know them or not. This happens when you have phone calls with him and he will also do accents of the client's parents. Very unprofessional -at times has odd request (ask nonemployees to use their CAQH/NPI info) -CPI is not provided. I requested CPI over a year ago and followed up with admins but they continued to put it off -"offers CEUS" and supposedly can provide CEUs but will not do it when asked. Instead you will be redirect to Autism Partnership Foundation for free CEUS.
