The product is excellent. The leadership team is well-aligned. Overall communication could be improved. However, small-group communication is pretty good.

Pay is "OK". Training budget is too low.

Competitive salary, but don't be fooled by the OTE...it's highly unlikely that you'll make your number here.

The most utterly mis-managed company I have every worked for. If you are in sales, you will be sold a bill of goods by all of upper management. They like to talk a good game, but there is no substance behind them. The turnover here is like a revolving door, with many a sales rep leaving after only 1-2 months upon realizing they have had the rug pulled out from under them. Ask to speak to more than 1-2 of the reps and ask how many of the reps have actually made their number. Even ask for a w-2....just to verify. Only 1-2 reps make their each year...not a good track record
