I don't know where to start with . If you think of joining here, that's going to be the worst decision of the life. During the time of hiring they will sugarcoat with the sweet words but later on the bitter things going to happen. They don't care about employees, they just care about their project and treat u slaves. Managers don't have any knowledge but just want to get the project done . They will put all the blame on employee and we are just helpless . Ceo just want to get the work done and just money, nothing else. They just spy on everything. Ceo gives order and he just pretend to be good in front of all and the managers just listen to him and they know very well how to escape from any situation and out blame on employee. Too much pressure. Toxic at next level. Fake promises. You're good if you're ready to be their slave and be back of them and work all the day, then you can join here. First they need to learn to respect employees. Lack of basic etiquette.
