HR lacks professionalism and demonstrates limited understanding of basic HR functions and employee rights. Employees are repeatedly redirected between HR and management, resulting in no accountability or proper resolution of issues. Favoritism and unequal treatment are noticeable and negatively impact morale and fairness in the workplace. Internal communication and processes are inconsistent, unclear, and poorly implemented.
